  • UNDERSTANDING AFRICA AND GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT CHALLENGES. This short course is designed for professionals wishing to develop analytical and theoretical skills as well as an in-depth knowledge of development issues in Africa and the world at large.
  • UNDERSTANDING BASICS OF HUMAN BRAIN AND LEARNING TECHNIQUES. This short course exposes participants to understand our brain and learning. Learning is a physical process in which new knowledge is represented by new brain cells connections. The strength and formation of these connections are facilitated by chemicals in the brain called growth factors because
    nature and nurture affect the learning brain. The course will use teaching materials and recommendation for brain food and nutrient for optimal stimulation and rapids signals of the brain. This will help elderly scholars to cope with intensive learning easily, especially when combining learning with brain exercises and cere-brain nutritional supplement.

Affiliated Courses: The institute in partnership with United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) offers online courses on the UNITAR website leading to the award of two Professional Development certificates (UNITAR & iDevPro-Africa). Additionally, in a collaboration with a World Bank assisted Global Distance Learning Institute Abuja, additional online courses for some categories of our members are available for studies. The institute in collaboration with university of Washington, Geneva Learning, Health law Institute, and International Network for Heath Workforce Education

DIGITAL DISTANCE LERANING STUDIES WITH INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITIES

The Institute is creating a virtual classroom environment for students to receive lectures live from university professors based in U.S, UK, India, Cyprus, Turkey, Malaysia and other Middle East countries through digital dash board for Degree, Masters and PhD on its Study Abroad from Kano Program. This will provide solution in any pandemic era of travel restrictions. Students may attend graduation and collection of certificates in the countries where their universities of study are based. This is only possible if pandemic is controlled and contained. In this difficult time of financial crisis, this approach is a cost effective learning methodology to save money in the event of delay re-opening global business gates and travels. Requirements for Postgraduates Courses: Candidates must have at least graduate diploma, NCE or Degree from a recognized University or Institution of higher learning in addition to O level result.
